A little about me!

Chloe Bean

Managing Director

Chloe has spent 17 years working across the care sector, beginning her career in a nursing home at just 15. She went on to support patients in residential care, on the Acute Stroke Unit at the Royal United Hospital, and later in post‑surgery and outpatient roles at Circle Bath Hospital.

Her move into home care became the most meaningful part of her career — building relationships, supporting independence and helping clients feel safe and confident in their own homes. Over time, Chloe saw how many people struggled to get to appointments, family visits and community activities because traditional taxis weren’t equipped or trained to support their needs.

She realised that what her clients needed wasn’t just transport — it was transport delivered with empathy, patience and proper mobility support.

This is where Busy Beans began.

Drawing on her clinical background and her passion for person‑centred care, Chloe created a specialist wheelchair‑accessible taxi service designed to offer safe, dignified and reassuring journeys for clients, families and care home.

Our Story

Our journey began with a simple belief: everyone deserves to travel with dignity, comfort and genuine care. Busy Beans grew from years of hands‑on experience in the care sector, shaped by real people, real needs and a commitment to making everyday life easier for those who rely on mobility support.
