Chloe has spent 17 years working across the care sector, beginning her career in a nursing home at just 15. She went on to support patients in residential care, on the Acute Stroke Unit at the Royal United Hospital, and later in post‑surgery and outpatient roles at CircleBath Hospital.

Her move into home care became the most meaningful part of her career — building relationships, supporting independence and helping clients feel safe and confident in their own homes. Over time, Chloe saw how many people struggled to get to appointments, family visits and community activities because traditional taxis weren’t equipped or trained to support their needs.

She realised that what her clients needed wasn’t just transport — it was transport delivered with empathy, patience and proper mobility support.

This is where Busy Beans began.

Drawing on her clinical background and her passion for person‑centred care, Chloe created a specialist wheelchair‑accessible taxi service designed to offer safe, dignified and reassuring journeys for clients, families and care homes.
